The Joint Committee of Primary Care Trusts' urgent appeal in response to the Judicial Review by the Royal Brompton Hospital will be heard by the Court of Appeal.
The Court of Appeal has granted the Joint Committee of Primary Care Trusts the appeal as there are “arguable issues raised by the applicant and the outcome of the appeal is of public importance”. The hearing is expected on 16 or 17 January 2012.
